iPPs by Equibase Review

iPPs by Equibase presents an innovative approach to handicapping, offering users the ability to customize and annotate daily Thoroughbred and Harness racing programs from various North American tracks. With access to 40-80 tracks daily, users can create a tailored "daily publication" that mimics traditional pen-and-paper handicapping while incorporating modern functionality.

Features of iPPs

iPPs provides users with the choice of nine distinct Past Performance publication formats across the country’s racing regions for each race day. The following features are particularly noteworthy:

 <li>Equibase Basic PPs: This standard daily past performance publication is accessible on the iPad and presents data in a straightforward format suitable for both novices and experienced participants. It includes essential metrics such as Equibase Speed Figures and Class Ratings.</li>
 <li>TrackMaster Platinum PPs: Offering three variations (Standard, Pace, and Bias), these publications go beyond traditional formats by including Power Ratings, Pace Figures, conditional Jockey & Trainer Stats, extensive commentary, 12 running lines, track bias details, among other advanced features.</li>

User Experience with iPPs

After selecting a preferred edition for the current or upcoming days, users can choose their desired track and format. Automatic Renewal Feature

Your iTunes account will be charged upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless auto-renewal is disabled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Users have the option to manage subscriptions through their iTunes Account Settings post-purchase; cancellations cannot be processed during an active subscription period.
